We build gear that lasts. If something breaks due to a manufacturing defect, we will make it right — no questions asked.
Lifetime Warranty on Materials & Workmanship
All Molleon-branded products are warranted to the original purchaser against defects in materials and workmanship for the lifetime of the product. If your gear fails due to a manufacturing defect — broken zippers, torn webbing, failed stitching — we will repair or replace it free of charge.
This warranty covers normal use in field conditions consistent with the product's intended purpose. It does not cover damage from misuse, unauthorized modification, neglect, or normal wear and tear.
What Is Not Covered
- Damage from abuse, misuse, or unauthorized modifications (cutting, sewing, heat damage).
- Normal wear and tear including faded fabric, worn hook-and-loop, or natural abrasion.
- Damage caused by improper cleaning or storage (mold, chemical exposure, machine drying).
- Products purchased from unauthorized resellers.
- Loss or theft.
How to File a Warranty Claim
- Email info@molleon.com with your order number and a description of the defect.
- Include clear photos showing the issue.
- Our team will review and respond within 2–3 business days.
- If approved, we will provide a prepaid shipping label and process your repair or replacement.
Repair Turnaround
Typical repair or replacement processing takes 5–10 business days after we receive the item. We will notify you via email at each stage of the process.
